Avoid Back or Joint Injuries!
168-Hour FAST - Day 13
Really bitter acrid taste in my mouth throughout the day today… metalic bitter… like when you accidently get a pill stuck in your throat and it backdrafts.
Unusual experience: long coarse black hair growing weirdly near my navel fell off or something… not there.
Dropped a couple of pounds from yesterday.
Off to bed with my water.
